Please be reminded that the deadline for legal entities to bring their data into compliance with the law (update of the Charter/Bylaws) is April 1, 2026.

Please note:

• Requirements: Updating the entity's registration data in accordance with the requirements of the new legislation.
• Risk: In case of non-compliance with the regulation, banking services will be restricted in accordance with the law.
