Subsidized mortgage

Halyk Bank Georgia has joined the mortgage subsidy program.
The program can be used by any customer who buys an apartment from a construction or development company by December 31, 2020 and the loan amount does not exceed 200,000 GEL. The subsidy program involves financing the interest rate up to 4% for a period of 5 years. The maximum loan term is 20 years. Co-payment is defined as 10% of the property to be purchased.
The subsidy program applies only to mortgages issued in the national currency.
